Refund Policy for Heart of Incense Coaching Services

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to offer flexibility while honoring the time and energy invested in each coaching session.

Refund Eligibility

• Full Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Partial Refunds or Reschedules may be granted if cancellation occurs at least 3 hours before the session and a reschedule is booked within 7 days.

• No Refunds will be issued if a client has more than three cancellations on record, regardless of notice.

• Refunds apply only to individual coaching sessions. Group programs, digital products, or bundled packages may have separate policies.
